There's not that much you can do with these little ornamental crab apples except make jelly (jam) with them, and I can make pounds of that and still barely make a dent in the amount of fruit. The birds enjoy them later in the winter, but this damp mild weather has caused a lot of them to rot on the tree rather than blet (that word again!) in the frost.; 8:01 am
