Last day of November,

No more Nablopomo.  Thanks for sticking with me so faithfully, and for some wonderful comments; sorry if it's kept me away from yours.  I don't feel I've achieved anything exceptional except to keep the bet, but it has been an incentive to sort through the photos, and I have been more inclined simply to post without too much deliberation or fuss.  I've still a few more little heaps of croppings, so I'll post them from time to time.

Must fly...

Thanks for subjecting yourself to Nablopomo -- I've enjoyed the results, especially the crops which go to show that great pictures contain great pictures within themselves.

Congrats on making it through. I really like how you found a theme and ran with it for most of the month. I thought the results were a good demonstration of why practice and daily repetition make excellent bedfellows with creativity!

Hey well done! I am impressed that you succeeded. And doing things just for the challenge is enough - I often do that.

I haven't reached your heady heights of productivity blogwise but last month I wrote more blog posts than I have ever done before. I managed 11, when my previous best was 10 and in general I only manage 7 or 8.

I lost my blogging mojo for ages and also struggled to write for work, so it feels good to be back to it again.

I'll be interested to see how many times you post in December - whether you are worn out and tired of blogging or whether you have got into a habit of doing so regularly now that you will stick to. I rather hope for the latter!!

Congrats! Always love your photos and posts so it's been a treat to have them every day, Lucy! With the holiday season fast approaching, I'm sure you will need a break from it some days, or just do some short ones now and then. When I get too busy, just photos are all I can do since I'm such a slow typist.

What exactly is that in the second photo???

Sheila - bird balls! Yes really. Balls of fat and birdseed in nets which we hang under the barn roof for the bluetits and great tits(can't remember what you call them) to feed on. Bits fall down and the other birds, robins, finches etc get them. It's silhouetted as it's under cover and light behind it, I think it's probably a great tit on it.
