Thank you everyone, and for not wearying of the one-a-day! Their furry chests with the parting down them are indeed delicious; they're very friendly and always up for a kiss on the nose and a chest rub! Re the photo patchwork; it has the advantage of shrinking the pictures too as well as making multiple images for the price of one, so you can really save time. It works on a square principle, so you need a square number of pictures to include if you don't want repetitions - I might try a 16 one next - and it will automatically crop each into a square if you don't do it first, which is OK, but I'm not very happy with the way it's cut the foal's nose off in the top left, however, cropping oneself takes a bit longer, of course...
lovely photos...they are all very tactile, quilts n all. I like the balance you have between word and image on your blog. But then again I can never resist anything green!:)

Oh Lucy what a fillip to come and see all these lovely things! The quilt is beautiful, as are the cobwebs and horse shots.
I can feel that fur
Gee whizz! Bravo!
How lovely - a different kind of patchwork! I have to check out the Picasa collage thingy...
What beautiful pictures & all four so artfully juxtaposed.
Oh, aren't they beautiful. Lovely shots, Lucy.

Your posts are always so wonderful.
I had missed your earlier one about the horses, & so was delighted to read it.
