Tulips, not quite from Amsterdam



But from Dutch bulb growing neighbour, who occasionally comes up with the goods, so I have momentarily dropped the 'charmless' from his epithet.

Zooming in for a close-up of the center of the tulip makes it look like you're photographing stars (or maybe bright underwater creatures).

I really do understand why the world, for a time, went MAD for tulips. One of my favorite flowers, and I still haven't gotten over the deer eating my entire crop this year.

Your collage is so wonderful. You show off the flowers so well, but get such a variety of interesting effects as well.
