Such glorious photos! And such a lush time of year. I hope you're getting all of the salubrious rain and (relatively) low temps that we've had all spring.
I love the tiny foetal hands . . . but the contrast between "pink sugar glory" and "brown as kippers" rings wonderfully true. You have such an original way of expressing the ordinary.
oh how lovely, the 'dragon' especially!
ReplyDeleteBravo Bravo Bravo for all three!
ReplyDeleteMore beauty, Lucy - both the photographs and the haikus.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, Lucy! It took me a while to find the aphid :D
ReplyDeleteThere he is!

ReplyDeleteAll delightful pairings. Love that last haiku in particular.
ReplyDeleteLovely haiku! Love the little "dragon" too. :-)
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is the last.
ReplyDeleteBoth lovely, but the dragon one is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteOh, wow... these are so beautiful. The last is stunning... I always want to steal your photos for my walls!
