    Wow, fantastic photography, Lucy!

(Dang, Google/Blogger won't let non-Blogger bloggers enter their URLs. Trying to gain dominance of the blogospere!?)

  5. Thanks,
ML - that's a bit off, isn't it? I wonder if it's just a glitch or a policy? Merits a moan to them, for what it's worth...
Tristan - Indeed, and by and large it is!
Leslee and Jean - the cutlery shot was just a lucky one, but an interesting demonstration; what one often means by (good) depth of field is actually a shallow depth of field, hence only one set of cutlery stands out clear... sez she like she knows anything about photography.

  7. The top one could be a photo from one of those distorting lenses that makes big objects look small - in this case the arches of a giant intercontinental railway station under construction.
The glass calls for the celebration of the top image - fantastic!

  10. Brings on memories of muscadet and sea food when I was in Brittany some years ago. It looks as good in your photograph as my memory tells me it tasted.
