Wonderful!
So glad the camera is still under some guarantee!
These newfangled technologies come with built in frustration factors...&, as you say, dust attractants, the like of which we have never before encountered.meggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00061112627819270427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37070024.post-18039727740766076172007-12-20T22:30:00.000+01:002007-12-20T22:30:00.000+01:00This baby has the best cardiganThis baby has the best cardiganFire Birdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13518190677399410354noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37070024.post-28124939439790336402007-12-20T18:37:00.000+01:002007-12-20T18:37:00.000+01:00A fine looking lad. Our whole life depends on technology. He reads these techy magazines where they are predicting all kinds of future gadgets and ways to save the planet, live on the moon, etc.

I, on the other hand, read by candlelight when possible, and opted not to replace the microwave when it broke.

I found an odd consolation and perhaps a perverse sense of pleasure years ago when I learned that the Internet is made possible in part by a huge cable that goes across the bottom of the ocean. I had visions of the possibility that a big enough, strong enough sea creature could actually bite it in such a way as to prove men are not as amazing as they think they are!

All the same, I do love photography and am thankful for cameras, and hope you will have peace in the meantime and joy when all is resolved.Sheilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03592157819188364751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37070024.post-20842878349476848922007-12-20T09:14:00.000+01:002007-12-20T09:14:00.000+01:00The two year guarantee thing is exactly the proble...The two year guarantee thing is exactly the problem I had with my Lumix camera earlier this year. It turns out that the first year is covered by the manufacturer and the second year by the seller. It took me forever to get any information out of CDiscount about where to send the camera, how to get my money back etc. etc. After a chronophageous (!) run-around, they did cough up in the end though. Good luck!Lesleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13498909370147354617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37070024.post-82391135973035084632007-12-20T08:10:00.000+01:002007-12-20T08:10:00.000+01:00Delightful writing and reading, and delightful bab...Delightful writing and reading, and delightful baby!
Enjoy this countdown to Christmas!marja-leenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05634791656471132347noreply@blogger.com
